Instructions for Viewing our Webcasts
Once you have purchasd access to a TechEd webcast (available on the training page) an email will be sent to the account you entered when registering with TechEd. This email will include further instructions, including the URL you must navigate to at the time of the webcast, and the username/password you'll need to provide prior to viewing. Please note that the username and password required to access the webcast is unique for each webcast and different than the user information you use to access the rest of TechEd's training sections.
Requirements
- You must view the webcast live during the posted time (usually 11am EST/EDT).
- You must have the most recent version of quicktime to view the broadcast.
Recommended
- If you have the ability to send email during the broadcast, you will be able to send in questions that will be answered at the end of the session.
- It is recommended that you have a high speed internet connection (DSL/Cable) to participate in our webcasts. While it is likely that you will be able to view the webcast with a dial-up connection, it is also likely that viewing will be interrupted.
